The last film we saw was a documentary based on interviews from the survivors from the holocaust. All of them are jewish who belong to the Schindler's list. The interviews show how was jewish lives during the Second World War, how they were saved and how they continue their lives. Because it is told from the point of view from the jewish people who lived there, the documentary brings us more information about the event.
The interviewees said that they started working on Schindler's fabric because they were cheap workers, but as time goes by, Schindler began to contract their families, with the propose to save them. So he made a list with the names of the jewish families and sent them to his new fabric. In the documentary they also told about how they were thanked and how they felt when they were saved by Schindler.
The film is very touching and deep, and we would recommend it to anyone, even those who are too sensitive. It is a good film for who wants to know more about the holocaust, it is complete, with many details and has the vision of the event from the survivors. What we would say is to go and try it, you will probably like it.
